CRP Essentials

CRP Essentials is a self-paced course that teaches you a structured, humane method for giving and receiving feedback. Build trust, deepen your practice, and create the conditions for honest, generative conversations about meaningful work.

Course Objectives

  • To grant immediate access to what the Critical Response Process® is, who invented it, how it works, how to do it, and how to bring it into practice.
  • To offer participants an accessible, virtual simulation of an introductory CRP workshop
  • To highlight the diversity of CRP practitioners, applications, and variations.
  • To share various tools, activities, and resources that can support a deeper engagement with CRP’s steps, values, and principles.

      Navigating the Course

      • Each unit is broken down into modulated segments with a variety of short lessons, experiential activities, CRP demonstrations, and testimonials.
      • We’ve sequenced the course intentionally with each unit building upon the last for a cohesive experience.
      • Some activities suggest bringing the practice into your daily life or even engaging with others. Please take the course at your own pace to get the most of this learning experience.
